The demo form lets you prepare an email with your name, clinic name, email address, and any optional details you enter. Your email application opens so you can review the message and send it to info@aiassist.kz yourself.

Entering information in the form does not send it to AiAssist. We receive the details if you choose to send the email. Please do not include patient records or other sensitive clinical information in a demo inquiry.

We use the information in your message to respond, arrange a demonstration, understand your clinic’s needs, and discuss possible cooperation. Sending a demo inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Messages are handled through our email service. Information sent by email is also processed by the email services involved in delivering it.

We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies to this website. The hosting infrastructure may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as the requested page, IP address, or browser information.

Opening an external link or your email application takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.

This policy covers the website and demo inquiries. The arrangements for processing clinic and patient information through the AiAssist product are provided separately before onboarding. Those arrangements depend on the agreed service and integrations.

Contact info@aiassist.kz to ask about information you have shared, request a correction, or request deletion. Include enough information to identify your inquiry. We may ask for clarification so we can handle the request appropriately.
