Request Data Deletion

Email info@aiassist.kz with the subject “Data deletion request”. Use the email address associated with your original inquiry where possible.

Tell us what information you would like deleted and provide a reference that helps us locate it, such as the date of your inquiry or the clinic name. Do not send identity documents or patient records with your initial request.

We review your request and may contact you if we need to clarify its scope or confirm that it concerns your information. We will explain the outcome and any information that needs to be retained, where applicable.

Deletion from AiAssist does not remove copies held in your own email account or by unrelated services.

If you are a patient and your request concerns a clinic that uses AiAssist, contact the clinic first so it can identify the relevant record. You may also contact us with the clinic name and a short description of the request. Please leave out sensitive clinical details.
